What You’ll Do
As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in project planning and proposals by:

• Reviewing blueprints, specifications, and bid documents

• Creating accurate and detailed proposals and cost estimates

• Communicating with contractors, engineers, owners, and vendors

• Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining organization and accuracy

• Using internal tools and vendor software to support estimating efforts

What You Bring

• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience

• Knowledge of engineered commercial HVAC systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents

• Valid and clean driver’s license

• Engineering degree is a plus, but not required
