What You’ll Bring

• 1–2 years of bookkeeping, payroll, or general accounting experience (entry-level applicants with strong skills will be considered).

• Experience with union payroll is a huge plus—knowledge of union benefits, dues, and reporting will help you thrive here.

• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Familiarity with payroll processing or accounting software is a plus (ComputerEase experience is advantageous but not required).

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.

Some of What You’ll Do

• Support the Payroll Manager with weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing.

• Assist with multi-union payroll, including proper reporting of hours, dues, and fringe benefits.

• Verify timecards, track PTO, and ensure accurate data entry for employee records.

• Help maintain payroll files and documentation for compliance.

• Assist with benefit deductions, garnishments, and other payroll adjustments.

• Coordinate with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Provide support across the accounting department, gaining exposure to A/P, A/R, and general ledger tasks.

• Take on cross-departmental responsibilities as needed while learning payroll and accounting functions.

Where You’ll Work

• Based in our Millstone Township, NJ headquarters—no hybrid component. We believe the best ideas happen when we collaborate in real time.

• Ability to sit, stand, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
