The HVAC Inside Sales Representative at MidAtlantic Service 360 is responsible for managing incoming sales inquiries, preparing quotes, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from initial contact through job completion. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams.

What you’ll do: (including but not limited to)
· Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding HVAC and Plumbing repair needs
· Generate and follow up on service quotes, proposals, and maintenance agreements
· Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and job documentation in internal systems
· Upsell and cross-sell service plans, replacements, and value-added solutions when appropriate
· Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and management to ensure smooth service execution
· Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally
· Meet or exceed individual and team sales and customer service goals
What you’ll need:
General:
· 2-3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or construction-related inside sales preferred
· Strong understanding of HVAC terminology, service workflows, or willingness to learn
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of maintenance agreements & service-based sales
· Proficiency with CRM systems, dispatching software, or Microsoft Office
· Familiarity with quoting, pricing structures, and service contracts
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
